contemporary Iranian architectural events as well. Furthermore, with
regards to theoretical shortcomings and in sufficiency in the fields of
architecture and arts, providing information about these fields was
also one of the aims of the quarterly. Thus, with this brief
explanation, I hope to have removed all doubts which the tittle of this
quarterly- Iranian Architecture- has instilled in some people s minds.
Anyway, the aims of the quarterly were described in detail- in Farsi-
in Brief remarks in the beginning and the editorial of the first issue.
