§ 1 name, headquarters and fiscal year 

1.1. The association is named
"UNITED IRANIAN ARCHITECTS OF EUROPE"
1.2. It is intended to be the association's register of the District Court of Wiesbaden be registered. The club is named after the registration of the Association register the term "eV" press.
1.3. The association has its headquarters in Wiesbaden.
1.4. The fiscal year is the calendar year.

§ 2 goals and purpose

2.1. Objectives of the association are:
Information and experience exchange among architects in Iran and Europe maintain the promotion of dialogue between Iranian and European architects. Deepening our knowledge of Iranian architecture, art and culture, creating an information pool and support the Iranian students in Europe. Promoting discussion on the Iranian contemporary architecture contribute to the cooperation between European and Iranian architecture faculties
